Bazuny hotel is located on the outskirts of Kościerzyna town, 50 km from Gdansk, 150 km from Bydgoszcz. The hotel buildings are situated on a hill amidst of greenery, close to two major routes of Kościerzyna. The town together with Kartuzy, which is about 34 kilometers away, are a worthy tourist, cultural and leisure centre, so called Kashubian Switzerland. They are forest areas with numerous lakes famous in Poland.
This location offers great potential for the organization of leisure. Cycling tours are very popular . Every year Kaszebe Runda (Kashubian Race), a cycling event is organized; it is aimed at cycling enthusiasts and attracts a lot of tourists to Kościerzyna. It is worth noting that Kościerzyna is the only town in Europe with two sanctuaries: Our Lady, Queen Kościerzyna Families and Our Lady of Sorrows, Queen of the Angels. Nearby Koscierzyna there are many places connected with the tradition worth a visit, such as the world's only Museum of the National Anthem in Będomin located in the eighteenth-century manor (8 km from Koscierzyna), and the oldest Polish open air museum - Kashubian Ethnographic Park in Wdzydze Kiszewskie (ca. 20 km from Kościerzyna).
